[Anyone out around the festival in the evening in Violet might notice someone tall, slim, in a silver and lavender kimono, silver-opal hair partly done up, full makeup, and preened to the hilt; a slightly less dead looking than usual Feebas carried in one arm with gold ribbons running through his “fin”, while a Pidgeotto hops along behind.]

[Yes, Kuja’s out enjoying the festivities, a touch more on the “trap” side than usual, and in an unusually good mood; feel free to go bother him, mistake him for a lady, etc!]

Mmm. My world is different enough that it is entirely a new thing for me, although we certainly had our festivals. [] I could get quite used to this.

Well, it would be a sad world that only had one holiday out of the year, Johto doesn't seem like a very morose place. [] I do hope to be here to see everything.
